About the Enterprise Knowledge Graph Forum (EKGF)
The Enterprise Knowledge Graph Forum was founded by a number of leading industry participants in the knowledge graph space, to define best practices and help to further adoption of knowledge graphs in the enterprise. Originally known as the Enterprise Knowledge Graph Foundation, the EKGF is now part of the Object Management Group® (OMG®), where work is carried out in two complementary groups within the OMG Standards Development Organization (SDO):

The Enterprise Knowledge Graph Platform Task Force (EKGPTF), a formal SDO task force tasked with furthering the adoption of standards in the knowledge graph space; and
-
The Enterprise Knowledge Graph Forum Community, an OMG Managed Community.

Most of the day-to-day activities of the EKGF are carried out in the EKGF Community, while formal standards-related work is carried out via the EKGPTF. OMG Managed Communities provide a more accessible level of membership for those organizations who may not need to influence the creation and curation of standards directly. Maturity Model
The EKGF is establishing the catalog of best practices for sustainable knowledge graph deployment based on the EKG Maturity Model – a set of criteria for evaluating readiness in EKG environments.
Principles
The EKGF has defined a set of guiding principles for the development and deployment of an enterprise knowledge graph. These principles are designed to promote sustainable data management in complex and interconnected business environments.

The EKGF will offer curated access to published ontologies, tools, use cases and other resources needed for sustainable knowledge graph operations.
